Alpha Car is subject to acceptance of these Terms and conditions
Prices
Quotations are subject to change without notice.
If for some reason the price is not correct, the Alpha team will contact you to
obtain your authorisation.
Unless otherwise mentionned, Gratuities, baggage insurance and personal
insurance, beverages and meals are not provided in the product description, and
any other purchase of a personal nature are not included.
Payment
All tours must be prepaid unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard
and American Express. The payment will appear as "Alpha Car: payment for tours
or transfer " on your credit card statement. You will be charged in euros at the
conversion rate applicable on the day of your reservation.
Issue of vouchers / booking confirmation
After payment, Alpha Car will send you a confirmation / coupon by email
All travelers' information must be entered correctly when booking.
All changes requests must be sent by email to Alpha Car at alphacar@orange.mu
Alpha Car accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by the
non-receipt or misunderstanding of your confirmation / coupon. Non-receipt of
your confirmation voucher must be notified to Alpha Car at least 72 hours before
the date of delivery by email at alphacar@orange.mu
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The liability of Alpha Car and its affiliated websites is limited. Alpha Car
acts only as agent for passengers in all functions relating to tours,
attractions, sightseeing and transportation of any kind and disclaims all
liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience which could
take place either due to defect or through acts of government or other civil
authorities (war, civil unrest, strikes, etc..) or for any cause not
attributable to Alpha Car.
Alpha Car assumes no liability for loss or additional expenses caused by delays
or schedule changes or other causes.
Alpha Car and its suppliers reserve the right to vary the routes and itinaries
to improve each visit to the satisfaction and benefit of the participants. Apha
Car and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or change schedules in
accordance with operational requirements.
Smoking restriction
Smoking is strictly forbidden in cars, vans, minivans and coaches.
Any bookings made with Alpha Car is subject to acceptance of these Terms and
conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions without written record and
duly approved by Alpha Car is null and void.
