Cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of the excursion:
- Full refund

# Cancellations made within 30 to 3 days before the date of the Excursion
- A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable


# Cancellations made within three days before the date of the Excursion
- No refund

# Cancellation without notice
- No refund

The failure to appear at the date of booking without notice is considered a cancellation without warning.

Refund is made by crediting the credit card / debit card used for the payment, or by bank checque to your address.
